Ahhhhh today is the day of the week where I pull out the beautiful elegant Oudh Mustafa 5. No need to get into how beautiful of a Oudh this is. It's an Oudh that will bring out the happiness out of you. Your hand will come down from your nose. You will say, I am so glad to have this Oudh in my collection.

Today I used the funk master burmi. Adams newly released oil. All I have to say is wow. This oil is beautiful from the inside out. It has a fruitish smell which one cannot describe. The barnyard is there, but doesn't hit hard at all. Just enough for your nose to keep coming back and taking whiffs of the beautiful aroma. A beautiful oil and for the price, I would suggest everyone to grab one before it makes it to the website. You will be really happy with this Oudh.
I just got my sample (1 mL bottle) a couple hours ago. This is a tasteful barnyard, kept clean-ish and tidy. It meshes really well with the fruit and incense notes also present, it's really well balanced. I've tried other Hindi and Lao oils that are far more extreme with fecal and cheesy notes, this is not cheesy and only vaguely fecal. It is very satisfying and at the price it is a very good value as well. I also got some of the agarwood chips and a bottle of Parfum de Sandal... and a sizeable free sample of Bio Hirta. Good stuff and a great value all around!

I also like the new heavier bottles with glass wands! Nice!

Awesome guys! Koool, I agree 100% with OM5. I wear it when I really want to exercise my biceps as I flex them repeatedly to smell my wrist.

Today is the mesmerizing Ceylon No. 1 from Taha. Just mind blowing stuff. Honeyed beauty. Pristine scent which lasted all day today.

That's what I am talking about Sir. The OM5 does that as the beauty of the oil needs to be repeadtly smelled!
Oh wow congratulations on Ceylon 1. It sounds delicious and a oil everyone must have. Maybe someday I can also wear it. Until then, you enjoy its aroma from my side also Sir!

Assam Organic:
As I've been staying away from Hindi oudhs for the past while, focusing on "greener" or "sweeter" oudh, applying this was like being surprised by a spring loaded, life sized jack in the box from India's north east. Before I had the pleasure of trying Ensar's distillations, all I knew was Assamese/Hindi style oudh; as this was the only thing easily available to me in India. This is the style of oudh that was brought me to obsession in the first place.
Looks like it's orbit is connecting with our atmosphere once again for a short time. Might be a good idea to bring out the tola sized butterfly net and aim skyward.

You cannot go wrong with any year vintage of the gorgeous Assam Organic. In many ways the AO's are benchmark, prototype, archetypical Hindi Oudh oils. And for any who may forget Hindi oils, I'll gladly carry the torch!

Today I used the maple/honey like Oudh, the beautiful Dom Kwan. All the beautiful fruity scents you can imagine shoved into a bottle with the wood kicking in at the end, reminding whoever uses it: enjoy the fruits and all but I am an Oudh and eventually fruits will mellow down and the Oudh wood will kick in. Superb and super long lasting!
