Great day for EO Green Papau! Beautiful spring day on Florida's East coast. Taking in the the best ever Highwaymen art exhibit and the 23rd annual breakfast at A.E. "Bean" Backus gallery in Ft. Pierce Florida. Mind blowing Florida landscapes! Google images of A.E. Backus, Harold Newton, or Highwaymen paintings to get an idea. World class landscape painting I've been into for 22 years starting to get known world wide. Great day to all!

Like working in a flower shop. Fresh humus and lovely purple flowers. Some unusual and foreign notes hit the nose and as quick as they came, they disappear fairly quickly too. One wouldn’t think there is oud at play here at all let alone being pure oud until 20-30 min later when that oudy oud marrow shows itself and the drydown takes hold. What a ride. Fun oil. Super fun. Loving it more than I ever thought.

Earlier was nirvata muana. Sweet tea. Delicious. Yummy. Comforting. Mellow and fantastic.

Gonna heat some irian noir and bois iris and call it a night.

Stay fragrant friends

no oud of the day as i anticipat b3k drop off via my fav yellow van. but i couldnt sit around and do nothing, so wore a bit of kupang sandalwood.

distinctly red smell. mellow, lacks any sweetness, bright notes, or anythign green. all about the scent of red meat sandalwood itself or on super duper low heat. some lactic/buttery notes for sure, but the overall scent is more about the wood itself and mineral/iron notes.

SOTD: Sultan Abu Zahi. Sri Lankan Walla Patta profiles are very new to me.
Enjoy getting to know them. Sea spray, cinnamon, cardamom, mango peel, guava and sun soaked beach side cedar planks are what mostly come up to my mind when smelling walla oils. Only offnotr that some oils may possess is a fishy (overt sea spray) note and a varnish/shoe polish (really high toned sharp note). I strongly doubt above oil has any of these qualities.
