Greetings and thank you to Everyone

I'm sure there is probably a more appropriate place for my first post, but at any rate here goes....

Thank you to all who have contributed to creating this community and allowing me to join in. My name is Anthony, and I live in a small town on the northern coast of California. Needless to say, there aren't many folks who even know what Oud is around these parts. I have been following the dialog in this Community for some time, and feel that now is the time to step forward and participate. While I don't have the experience and knowledge that most of you possess, I hope to contribute through my passion for this wonderful wood and oil, and the fact that it can help bring people together from all walks of life all around the world. For me, Oud brings together spirituality, nature, and community through our most underrated sense (smell, of course).

Up to this point my interactions have been through more direct dialog with a few individuals that I believe are a part of this community. While it's been a short while since our last conversation, Adam Coburn has been tremendously helpful and kind guiding me through the early stages of my journey. Also, Taha has been extremely generous in sharing his time and knowledge. I was honestly taken aback and humbled by the time they've spent with a novice like me.

Thanks again and have a wonderful day,
Anthony

Hey Anthony, just thought I would check in and see how you are doing. Where has your journey taken you since this thread, any new favourites?
