Ah great choice, Hailam LTD is really something special! :cool: I just had to do a little bit of Purple Kinam on the other wrist for a bit of juxtaposition. I find the slight contrast between two oils really highlights the similarities and differences.

I got Hailam LTD, Hainan Kinam, Yunnan Kinam, and Kyara LTD 2.0. I feel quite lucky to be able to experience these oils and look forward to getting to know them and leveling up my oud skill level!

I have to agree 100%! This is an amazing oil all around, it projects really well and lasts forever on my skin in addition to all of aromatic and therapeutic qualities. Pretty much game over for any other sri lanka oil in comparison to this.

I have to agree with the sentiments on Ertugtrul. I understood this oil more fully once I got some Kyara Ketone and White Kinam and was shocked at the echoes Ertugrul has of these oils, at a fraction of the price. It really doesn't make sense but I applaud the wizardry that crafted the...

Kyara Ketone :) :) :) Wow and wow. On initial impressions I am really noticing that the phase after the initial opening really reminds me of Oud Ertugrul. I'm going to do a side by side soon to compare more, but it does confirms that Ertugrul really does have some kinam vibes going on.

LMK Gyrinops 0 on the hands EO Peoples Silani on my forearms Heating a bit of Gyrinops as well. Plus occasionally whiffs of Suriranka Senkoh 2.0 and Maroke Ceylon, both of which are potent elixirs which is apparent just from sniffing the bottle.

Could say a bit more about the "royale/sultan style" cooking and what that necessarily entails and how it compares to other styles? Or perhaps link to another resource? :)
