Any oud-oils that smells like a Japanese incense stick?

#1
Does it exist?
I'm in love with Japanese incense, and I was wondering if there are any ouds that smells like a burning high-end incense stick.
Preferably with deep, dark, spicy, musky and almost musty notes, like Kyara from Minorien, Tokusen Syukohkoku from Baieido and Ranjatai from Shunkohdo.

Is Encens d'Angkor the best bet?

I have not smelled any Oud Oil that resembles Japanese Incense stick but I found that Agaraura recent Mukhalates take on the Japanese Incense does a good job of approximation but nothing like Kyara. They are more like the Jinkoh sticks with Cloves, cinnamon and spiknard. Encens D'Angakor has that Incense scent in the Dry down phase more than others. Agaraura Bengali Oud Oil has that Incense smokey note as well.
At one point the copy on Japan Incense web site description of one of Baeiedo Premium sticks indicated that the stick is dipped in green Kyara Oil. Needless to say I immediately inquired and was told by Mr. Oller of Baieido that it does not exist and Jay and Kotaro at Japan Incense corrected their copy :(...I am still looking but can you imagine the cost of such oil if it ever exist at $500/gram :0

Thank you for the thourough answer!
Bushi No Kaori from AgarAura seems really interesting, are they a good company to buy from?
Encens d'Angkor seems like an amazing oil, wether it's like Japanese incense or not.
"Dipped in green Kyara oil" LOL!
I do see the term "green oil Kyara" in the descriptions of some incenses.
Do you know what that means?
Do they use Kyara that contains green oil or what?

Kakao, the first thing I think of when I read your post is that you should buy AgarAura's recent mukhallats! Taha has been focusing on making blends that smell like his favorite Japanese incense. It is worth noting that his blends feature a majority of Oud, as opposed to the other way around. So you will surely enjoy them.

However, relative to Kyara, there are some high quality oils that have reminded me of Minorien's Kyara stick. If I remember rightly, Borneo 3000 gave me a sense of that same Kyara note. And some of Ensar's other oils give that note too. It is the sinking-grade distillations that yield that indescribable note for me.

It has to be Oud Ishaq. The deepest Oud I have ever smelt in my life. This is the only Oud oil I have ever come across which to me smells like the epitome of Japanese incense.

If Shoyeido or Baieido ever released an Oud oil, I would imagine it being exactly like Oud Ishaq!
