Baghdad & Cuir et Bois!

Baghdad & Cuir et Bois are probably my two favourite attars both by Taha at Agar Aura! They bring such calm. I get so many compliments when I wear them. Sadly I've run out of Cuir et Bois and on my last swipe of Baghdad this lovely sunny afternoon in Brighton UK.
Don't you hate running out of what you can't replace.

Sorry to hear you are running out. I never had the pleasure of experiencing those particular attars, but Taha's are some of the finest available for sure!

I have a sample of Baghdad and FB of Cuir et Bois. Pretty sure these as well as several others like Blu, Intaquai(?), Oud Fougere, Marrakesh used a very potent Brunei oud that made these really stand out as far as being very oudy and intensely woody. Taha does make some amazing attars!

Oh there's definitely a note that I'm not experienced to know what it is that stands out within these's attars. I've tried to find out what it is but not found it yet. I realise it's more than just the beautiful Oud but am amiss to what it it is.

Yes, since I have all the ones I listed, or did, it makes it easier to recognize and I think it is a Brunei oud oil. Blu was an attar focused on the oud entirely with other things added only to complement it. And it does have a smell that could be considered blue oudiness, and very intensely woody... intense in a way you rarely get with natural materials.
