How to properly store Oud bottles

Hello Oudh lovers,
I think this question has already been asked but I tried looking and couldn't find it. If it has, feel free to move this thread to the appropriate thread.
I wanted to know what's the proper way of storing, your Oudh bottles. Should they be in an open place where the temperature could be medium as in not too hot or not too cold or would it better to store them in a box and keep them in a closet? Your answers are greatly appreciated!

That's easy. One of my custom oud holders.

Just kidding, at least partially anyway. I think storing away from sunlight in preferably stable temperature environment will serve you well.
