Not @kesiro, but Nha Trang LTD is stunningly beautiful. It might have just a tad a kinam. But this is all about the bittersweet-sweet-sour Vietnamese agarwood. I have nothing else like it. Closest in my collection would be Royal Guallam, but even this amazing oil (and it is amazing) falls a bit short of Nha Trang. In all fairness almost any other oil I've ever tried falls short as well.

On my short list..

Chogoku Senkoh (EO)
Vietnam Special K (AA)

There are many others, but on a longer list.

Well, Zachyryyia is and aged Hindi oil that our own PEARL-ito has brought to my attention. I have never smelled it but if it is along the same quality as Ensar's other aged Hindi's then I will love it.
Nha Trang is an oil that has been dubbed the prettiest smelling Oud by people I trust and it is an heirloom oil. One of those once in a lifetime deals.

I think the list should keep going on as long as we are on this earth. Oudh is such a beauty that a few won't fill our hearts and bring contempt. Aim for the sky and we might get to touch the clouds.. :D:eek:

My revival post...after a severe bout of MIA. Hope all you peeps have been enjoying your oudventures and oudscapades.

I want Cambodis, and more cambodis. I want a Purple Kinam Cambodi, I want a RCX Cambodi, I want an Oud Nuh Cambodi. It has....dare I say ..*gulp* superceded my love for Hindis (@PEARL)....
somebody distill the above so I can add it to my list.

But back to the forum topic.

Nha Trang
Lavanya
China Sayang
AAs upcoming Cambodis,

Welcome back @Taherg, resident Hindi connoisseur turned Cambodi head. Oils like Ensar's K, that captures some of what we love in a Hindi oil can do that.

I've worn and studied Oud Zachariyya extensively from a generous sample; take your quintessential, traditionally barn Hindi and age it until ultra smooth maturity and that's what you have with Zachariyya, brown, moist Madura tobacco, earth, minimal dark fruit, hay, medicinal yumminess. A full bottle is up next along with a sample of Chugoku Senkoh. I'm not sure about where this oil will fall in the up next line up but a FB of Sultan Sufyan is in the picture and I'm seriously contemplating K.

You get what I mean:oops:

For now, I feel the "Need" for a Nagaland oil,
and a need to get another bottle of Tigerwood Royale before it's all goneo_O

In due time....

Ah... A sight for sore eyes! :)

The whole Cambodi thing is due to the fact that Chugoku is not a part of your life.... One of its many feats is the ability to cure any and all forms of (Oud) addiction, leaving you hopelessly craving it instead, over and over and over again.... Upon first application, your repentance will be complete.

Speaking of which, I've got Chugoku on my left wrist, Santal Sultan on my neck, and Sinensis on my right wrist.

Nice triple play @Ensar! Chugoku, very soon we will meet!

Nha Trang LTD. Seriously though. This one very well could be the one that the great winged guardian beast of a dragon perched outside Ensar's "Magic Vault" was commissioned to protect.

It's almost like those fairy tales where an evil dragon steals the beautiful princess and keeps her imprisoned until rescued by the valiant knight. Only this version the dragon grabbed the princess but got a whiff of Nha Trang LTD next door. Poor princess was tossed aside and now the remaining tolas of the Nha Trang are hidden deep within a mountain fortress. Never fear sweet Nha Trang, Sir Bhanny is on his way!!!

Here's what I'm thinking of doing, since I am a fledgling oud enthusiast. I am thinking of setting aside royalties until I have maybe $500. And then just launching that money at Ensar and saying 'Pick something'!

Lol, whatever Chugoku Senkoh is, it's on my list!

Other items:
Oud Royale 2017 (E0)
Oud Nuh (EO)
Kyara Koutan (EO)
Vietnam Special K (AA)

@kooolaid79 - "Lavanya" is an incredibly beautiful "zero-barnyard" Indian oud by Taha - it is actually on everyone's "need to get list," however most people do not realize it is on their list..

@Steel Hyeana - highly reasonable strategy..

Speaking of Al Malek Al Ceeni (ASO) - has anyone compared this to Sinensis (IO)? I have AMAC but not Sinensis - on the other forum somebody said they had a remarkable amount in common, though that person I believe preferred the AMAC..
