I received my bottle of Assam 3000 last week and I was living with it few days now and wooow !
Then I was wondering if I am a chef and I want to make a cake I will start with the flour and make a hole in the middle , then all the ingredients in that hole ,
After that start mixing .......etc. then its a cake !
And that exactly what I think Ensar did and doing with his oils !
Now Assam 3000 Recipe (step by step with pictures) -try it and you will be amazed with the result :
First ingredient good oud chips and make a hole in the middle (see the picture please);


Now add the Honey :





On top is the Orchid flower (Sarah Gold ) , I grow this type of Orchid for the last 11 years and believe me the flowery note in Assam 3000 is identical :



We almost done , now everything in blender for 2:30 minutes and the result is :




That's all what I can say about Assam 3000 !!!

And Ensar : tell me you didn't make it this way ?!!!! -thank you for this piece of art.

Cinnamon, green cardamom, peppercorn, anise star, pimento(allspice), sidr honey, smells like a little coriander seed, florals and high grade oud chips. I was about to say that you forgot clove, then I opened the picture and said, "Oh there it is hiding". Just need a tad bit of ghee for the deep, deep drydown.
I'm not so sure Ensar will appreciate you giving away his secret recipe. Creativity!

Nothing my friend, in fact Assam 3000 is very nice and unique but is not the best oil made by Ensar !!! , every single oil I got from him has its own unique signature when I live
With them few days !!!!
Besides it was Sunday so I apply Assam 3000 on the right and Tigerwood Royale on the left , the charcoal burning under the sinking Sabah chips from Adam (feel-oud),
Listening to the four Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi and working on my hobby ; inlay natural mother of pearl (Abalone) on a life edge solid Walnut slab (a verse of Qura'an -Diwani Calligraphy ) with a very creamy Espresso Coffee , and the best part far away from my kids !!!
So I felt my soul really flying , and I thought about a way to say thanks the guy who composed these great Oud Symphony !
Thank you Ensar because I can trust you and spend my money in a bottle of Oil without sampling , because I am sure that I will love it .

oh… that is the attitude I really like =)
We try to share as much as we can when it comes to describing the raw materials, technics and distillation style applied… trying to share the feelings and the whole body of the process of our bellowed art… however, often some still left confused about how an oil actually smells like… So I scratch my head asking myself “what else shall I add as I already told the whole story behind, during and after the oils creation…
But when I see someone accepting the style, the touch and the signature of a particular artist as a whole, admiring every single composition he come up with it really makes me happy and tells me that the person not simply hunting for a “nice” smell or something that suits his “personal” taste, but hunting for a piece of art that he feel, experience, explore and study with love and admiration…

Indeed - with these three each oil is an intimately crafted work of art - buying blind is always a safe bet, if you at least know the region of oud you're getting and like that type..

Same here ... I've already bought more than 30 full bottles from Ensar which are worth $30000+ ... most of these are blind buys ... but there is not a single bottle I can regret for!
