Rasoul’s Incense

Rasoul sent me some of his stick creations.
I’m very appreciative to try them.

The Vietnamese stick contains DS, TS, and King grade Vietnamese chips. It also contains a portion of Kinam....green oil, yellow oil, Vietnamese red, and Brunei.

Nice thin stick with an excellent rate of burn.
It smells noticeably Vietnamese, and is not over homogenized, so every now and then the Kinam surfaces...oh what a treat.

Labour of passion. Much work to be done. These are far from shooting from the hip examples but also have plenty of room to be refined further. Glad you enjoyed

Are you considering making any incense from Guallam Antique?!?!

Not so sure Adam. Probably not. Maybe I’ll try half gram down the road. Too precious of a wood and I also find wood that requires low temp to sing is best used as monkoh rather than incense. To each their own of course. I just prefer the scent of this wood on low heat.
