Great topic! These 3 come straight to mind.

Chiem Po Chai - never experienced anythingn ike it
Khmer Special K - dark smoky cambodi kinam
Oud Ahmad - nothing even remoty close to its dark deer musky scent

This is going to be very easy.

1. EO Aroha Kyaku - the original.

My first love, as it were. It completely changed my headspace on what the beauty of scent could be and in the initial two hours of application shifted so dramatically that to this day it still makes me shake my head when I recall it. I can never forget it.

2. EO Kyara LTD

This moved me almost as much as the AK, which given that I had experienced 20 subsequent Ouds in the meanwhile was remarkable. I think what astonished me so much about it initially was the absolute switch in polarity. The earthy character with leather becoming the opening act for a sensory experience so profoundly and beautifully structured that when the actual kyara ascended to the fore I was peacefully shattered. This is an Oud for those that can appreciate abstract beauty, like certain works of J. S. Bach, the notes and the silence between them.

3. EO Royal Kinam.

One simply could not ask for more with this. Utterly complete. It is as if an entire and complete perfume from the most exqusite substances was blended masterfully and laid down for scores of years. If this had not come from Ensar, I would not be willing to believe this was just one singular oil.

Runners up:

EO Purple Kinam - Imperium
EO Green Papua - Primeval
EO Tigerwood '95 - Balm
FO Dr. Hindi - Rowr

Wow Sir what a beautiful list! Have to agree on all those being very special. Out of the list you have just provided, I think Royal Kinam is my favorite as it possessed a smell, the likes of which I have never ever smelt before.
PK, TW95, GP, and AR are truly beautiful oils. Many congratulations to you Sir on having these beautiful Oudhs!

Dear Kool,

I don't have a single drop of the above anymore in my house with the exception of Dr. Hindi (3g!), but thank you nonetheless. I just feel incredibly lucky having been given the honor of sampling them all. To be frank, such is the power of memory of scent, I doubt if I could recall them any better if I swiped them just last Sunday. Unlike other arts, Oud is ephemeral by it's very nature but they all remain vividly in my memories.

This seems appropriate:

I agree about the power of memory of scent. In my humble opinion, there is nothing physical about scent so the best way I can describe is, that it has to do with the soul of a person. To recall memories so clearly and vividly it is something deeply rooted in the heart of a person.

I realize now these are hard to narrow down!

I'd go with:
Oud Royale 1985 (EO)
Maroke LTD (EO)
Borneo Adventure 2 (FO)

Some whole classes of oils are unique - like the New Guinea Sultan Series by EO or the "zero-barnyard Hindi"/Indian oils by AA... Speaking of which, if you like Chugoku Senkoh (EO) you would love Lalitya (AA) and Lavanya (AA) - these oils could all be sisters, as they have some prominent notes in common - they are all "yellow" colored scents for sure..

Rising Phoenix's Pa Pa Kea.
Lots of ouds have fruit but this one is fruit like a Lucky Charms cornucopia of bountiful fruit in a tropical farmers' market. A very nice and fruitful experience.
