I did not cultivate any longing for oud while I was “not available”, so when I swiped......it was more like business as usual.
However!, the first two days at home from the hospital, I re-aquatinted myself with many of my gems, either by sniffing the caps, or popping the cap open for a good sniff. I tell ya, I was like a kid in a candy store, AO Meg, S. Luqman, S. Mujeeb, S. Afnan, Assamugo Senkoh, ORSL, Kanzen, Ayu, OM4, OM5. Needless to say, it was a very memorable experience.

Wanted to feel some smokiness so I decided to revisit EO’s oud Dhul Q. Truly a special oil which could be worn anywhere at anytime but preferably when you are engaged in something religious ie prayers and meditation. The clear incense in this oil is something special. The big brother of Aroha Kyaku.

Literally impossible to describe EXACTLY until you smell this. Simply the BEST maroke I've ever smelt. It is very deep & very high at the same time. So deep & high that I couldn't be able to see the highest peak or lowest bottom. It is EXTREMELY satisfying for my soul. It is a long spiritual bath for my soul _ it's a divine drink for my soul. It is a heavenly spiritual medicine for my psyche.

BEAUTIFUL ! I've 3 Taha Vietnamese (Kiyosumi-Hansei-Wanmei) & Hansei is the best one among them. Dignified-sophisticated yet satisfying & long lasting. One of the most potent Vietnamese by date.

Epitome of HIND ! I've never smelt any hindi like this. Hindi with zero barn. Almost like Vietnamese ! But hindi properties are still playing harmonically in many layers together. Very deep & potent. Almost a shiny rainbow of notes. A must for Hindi lovers.

Royal Bhutan. Still going through my sample which Ensar and Adam were so gracious to send me when I bought the Khmer xtreme. I still cannot get over the beauty of this oil. There are many great oils out there but the ones that truly speak to you are much fewer. This one is in the former category. There is an intangible in this oil that just blows me away. A regalness in the overall presentation. Unique yet familiar. Truly a one of a kind Hindi.

Red kinam. Pursat on steroids. Not just a scent. It is alive. The oil and resin is bubbling on low heat and makes ones head feel weightless. Elevating and ethereal. Clean pristine buzzing and bitter thru and thru. Marvellous stuff. Quite settled and at ease. Very balanced and performs with a sense of maturity.
