From the current market? No, I do not see anything remotely similar to Hainan 05.
If you liked Hainan 05, you will like Yunnan Exclusive (EO) if you can score some. It's less dainty than H05, and has a stronger boozy, salty, dirty opening. It's also aged 14 years, and it's great. My favorite, China Sayang (EO), is quite different that the two mentioned, but still has that initial funk. Superbly medicinal, orange zest, pine, which gives way to a wonderfully sour, woody drydown (going off memory here). A piercing, pristine oil
