Assamugo Senkoh. Such a stunning oil. I think it, as well as Lavanya represent the pinnacle of the non-barn Hindi Oud oil genre. From my memory, the assamugo is a little sweeter and the Lavanya is a little more tart but we are talking very slight differences.
@kesiro
What else can you tell me doc? Any notes absent in one and present in other? Any viscosity or tenacity differences? Anything else?

Ok my friend. I did a little side by side between these two to try and answer you. The two are very, very close upon first sniff. The singular biggest difference between the 2 is that the Assamugo has a faint burning wood note which I do not at all detect in the Lavanya. I wonder if the slightly darker color of the Assamugo has anything to do with this phenomenon. The previous comment I made about Lavanya being a bit more tart is true, but it sure is subtle. It has a little more of that nose tickling effect. Both just rock!

Double Meghalaya!!

AOMeg and Oud Yunus

Oud Yunus is nice, but I prefer AOMeg much much more.

So far, every Hindi Oud I tried, failed to knock AOMeg out-of my Top Spot. I'm not saying AOMeg is the best, because if I could, I would add smoke, spice, and pollen to it. But with the limited number of Hindi Ouds that I tried, AOMeg still reigns supreme

Disclaimer:
The views above are my subjective personal preference.
Also, when I open a bottle of Oud, I assess that oil for what it is. The ratio of auxiliary notes to the inherent notes of the oleoresin is not under consideration.

Crypto Oud for me today. The absolute BEST investment you can possibly make. All you need to do is buy our all-new Crypto Series online, and we'll send you the digital keys that prove you're the owner. The value is guaranteed to skyrocket like there's no tomorrow, and the best part is you don't need to bother about oxidation or storing any physical oils. I knew @peter4ptv would zero in on me promoting liquid oils eventually, so this had to be done. Liquid oud is a waste of time, please take my word for it if you won't take Peter's. If you're a commodities kinda guy, soybeans and dairy cows make much better investments. Of course, you won't be able to trade them 'peer to peer' like you do oils, but that's where our new Crypto Series comes in. All you need to do is get in before everybody else does, as the prices are already surging through the ceiling.

Ummm. I think this is Ensar’s version of proto-crypto humor. Make that neo-proto-sarcasm-crypto humor.

I am assuming you can only pay for the Crypto with Bitcoins?

SOTD: Agar Aura new oil koh kood:
kambodi on other side of the water. island oil.
blind i would have gone thai. trat. in the same family as yusuf and layth, but more jing shen lu like. still too fruity and sweet tropical for me.
what to do?
laced with TW95. and lo and behold: a terrific synergy actually. the camphoric balsam notes of tw95 is perfectly intertwined with koh kood. now we have ourselves a complete oil.

Borneo 50K. I don’t know if Malinau is in Malaysian Borneo or not, but this stuff has that ringy-zingy Malaysian wake-up bell that I just love. It’s dialed back a bit from Ayu’s SWAT team psychotropic attack. No fruit. There are narcotic florals like iris and tuberose. I also get a non-skanky animalic character that reminds me of the effect of Chinese Exclusive of beloved memory. (I’m not saying it smells like CE, but the character of its animalic aspect hits me the same way.). In sum, psychedelic zing flying over middle-pitched florals and deep-toned sensual leather.

Today I put on the newly acquired sample of EO’s Sultan Abu Zahi. Woah what another beautiful Sri Lankan Oudh. The Gyrinops Walla Patta notes are so beautifully distributed in this Oil. I got a request to Ensar and that is to please stop sending these beautiful samples (not literally). They are just too valuable and precious to pass up

When hogs go hog-wild, what do they call it? That’s how wild I’ve been this year with Oud buying. Hopefully Taha won’t list the RM for sale until I’ve had a chance to recover a bit.
