Scent Of The Day ( SOTD ) : Surirankah Senkoh
The profile is completely unique within the oud spectrum, and is very approachable, I'd even consider it office friendly and even women folk tend to appreciate it.
I don't think anyone here is color blind and have eye issues. Could you ease down with the colors and no need for such a large font. Thanks

Today I went with EO’s Aroha Kyaku. Woah it’s been some time since I used this beast of an Oudh. The incense agarwood in this is just top notch and the dry down well, you will have to experience this for yourself. I think I wouldn’t mind drinking this stuff up. But I only got a bottle and I want to keep and enjoy this for a very long time!!

If you have problem with it don't read my comments. I don't need your suggestion.
Hello Tabrez. I do not think Koools suggestion is in any way out of hand or justified the response you gave. He was just asking to keep the posts consistent with the decorum. I would kindly ask you to rethink your comment as stated.

Kindly, check his/her language too " I don't think anyone here is color blind and have eye issues ". If color and font size is a problem, then disable this option. Leave it. I don't care.

And back on topic: last night got to try Ayu and Koh Kood fro AA. Ensar did tell me that Ayu was one of Taha’s best ever oils and I cannot disagree. An oil of immaculate purity, complexity and beauty. The notes that develop here are breathtaking. I will need more time to fully understand it.

This brings me to Ko Kood. An oil, which on paper, may not really catch my eye, but in actuality may be the single greatest value oil I have ever run across. More to come on this.

Here ya go!. Koh Kood is a Thai Island which used to be a part of Cambodia. Supposedly similar wood to Koh Kong, but with an island 'feel'. To be clear, this oil smells nothing like any Koh Kong ouds I have tried. Its opening gives Khmer Special K for its money. A kinamic bitter medicinal dark bittersweet caramely amazingness. This then begins to transform into a syrupy incensy woodiness with a distinctly "breezy" aspect. It is not oceanic per se, but it makes one feel like you are on a tropical island with breezes blowing through your hair, the trees and the waves. There is a bitter tanginess lurking which is the closest is comes to Koh Kong but it is not really close. This oil is immensely complex, with some melon, oakmoss, and heated wood. I do not get the feeling this oil was distilled with accessory notes in mind. Definitely in the oleoresin category to me but is not a singular scent. The development goes through some of the wildest transformations I have seen.
I think this is one of the most amazing oils in terms of value. So much so, I secured a second bottle immediately. Taha, this is just an amazing achievement my friend.

I followed in your footsteps today Curt and put the Assam Organic on. Truly a joy every time I put this on. This Oudh is special and should be wore for special occasions. Wait isn’t wearing Oudh any day a special occasion and privilege anyway?
I feel honored to have this one of a kind Indian Oudh in my collection!

One day I will try Durian! Awesome John.

Today is Aroha Kyaku LTD. This oil emotes a quiet sense of power. Unlike AK, this one is devoid of the evolving dark red cassis and fruits which evolve during dry down. Stays smoky, green and and potent.. I am continually amazed at the variety of scents nature and deft artisans can create.
A good way to try durian is durian ice cream. No durian smell but durian flavor

I was planning on AOMEG this evening as well, but instead: two eyedroppers full of oregano oil down the throat to stave off a cold.
Upon exhalation, I can fool anyone within 5 feet that I'm entirely composed of pasta sauce. My olfactory system will retire this evening without a bedtime snack….. perhaps a few swipes of extra virgin olive oil would be complimentary?

Try using black Seed oil with honey should help the immune system, black seed does miracles,

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3642442/

I got my hair back after applying it on my bald spot , no joke , and they found the black seed oil in king tutankhamun tomb also , and U.S government did research on the Black Seed Oil , and many positive results , so try it out , and incorporate the black seed in your diet , Bengalis use allot of Black seed ( Kala Jeera Or Kalonji ) with lentils , they fry it in oil with garlic and onions and through the hot oil on the lentils and you can smell the aromatic compound from Black Seed ,and it also contains Thymoquinone , It takes down free radicals and decreases swelling , Always keep black seed in the pantry and eating 1 black seed before going to sleep helps the immune system .
& a Book that everyone should Own in there library is Jethro Kloss back to Eden , the amount of information on Herbs and Vegetables and Vegan eating is amazing , and tackling diseases with fruits and vegetables ( and try to Eat seasonal foods , unseasonal food causes havoc on the body also )

Something tells me your diet needs to be optimized for immune function. Are you eating any fermented foods? I'd recommend shunning all vegetable oils, sugars and gluten, and incorporating healthy fats into your diet instead (olives and olive oil, avocados, organic red palm kernel oil, butter, ghee, grass-fed meats, wild Alaskan salmon). Spices are more nutrient dense than veggies and they work wonders. Turmeric, black and cayenne pepper, garlic and onions, all powerhouses that can suppress colds and many other things.

Get well soon!

Back to the thread topic. Sultan Abdüs Selam. A very hearty hat tip to our own Shabby for his generosity of sending me a sample of this one. To me this is a very uplifting and happy oil. It is not necessarily very bright smelling but certainly conveys a bright sunny mood. It immediately can change my mood, and always for the better. On my skin it does not have all day lasting power, but for the time it lasts, it is a beauty.
