Something tells me your diet needs to be optimized for immune function. Are you eating any fermented foods? I'd recommend shunning all vegetable oils, sugars and gluten, and incorporating healthy fats into your diet instead (olives and olive oil, avocados, organic red palm kernel oil, butter, ghee, grass-fed meats, wild Alaskan salmon). Spices are more nutrient dense than veggies and they work wonders. Turmeric, black and cayenne pepper, garlic and onions, all powerhouses that can suppress colds and many other things.
