Unless you have a fragrant type of wood used in a bracelet, be it Sandalwood, Agarwood, etc. The value is not so much for fragrance, but for the sake of wearing it as an accessory
A fragrant Sandalwood bracelet like Ensar's or Agarwood such as A. Beccariana or Gyrinops or Kyara will always retain their scent if properly stored and worn conscientiously. They don't reek but sometimes you'll catch the wafts.
I buy the cheap Aetoxylon beads for their heaviness, chatoyance, and patterns. Some have a mild pleasant smell. Everywhere I go, I'm the only one sporting such beads.
Definitely the Oud oil is more pleasurable. But if you want to look good and smell good, apply Oud while wearing a bracelet or necklace of beads
As for Prayer Beads and Malas, those are not worn as accessories
