Today I applied to newly gifted Xiang Liao Ling. Oh my I forgot how beautiful Meroke Oudhs smell. The last Papua Oudh I had was the legend purple papua. I personally think that the XLL is higher version of the Purple Papua with more of the jungle and earthiness in it. When I applied the Oudh this morning/afternoon the first note which hit me, when I was a young kid mowing lawns. Once the lawnmower filled up and it was time to empty the bag, it would have this distinguished smell especially if it was spring time.
The after smell is of a more sweet yard with a jungle running in the back of it. The wood in this oil is just amazing. I thought it was more of a masculine type until I let one of my senior lady teachers smell it this afternoon. She was shocked on how strong and mellow it was. The silage of this Oudh is amazing! It seems it will last for 15 hours.
I am so glad to have this Oudh in my collection and will cherish this one for a very long time! Thank you again Sidi Ensar!

The scent 'o the evening is Oud Hud. Oh my. What a profile. Aged, creamy sweet dark chocolate oudiness with beautifully integrated animalic notes. These aged Hindi's are so outstanding. I just never want to run out of them.
This is another one I've seen you mention before, sounds amazing!

Got mad and bummed out about some stuff. So I got a little extravagant with my Dhul Q. I am no longer mad and bummed, because my reality is infused with deep smoke, heady leather, bright threads of creosote and a touch of ozone. At least that is what he is saying to me tonight. And now off to write! A shout-out to Ensar Oud is coming to a post-apoc horror novel near you!

Today I put on the beautiful Tigerwood Royale. This Oudh is a beast and sits on top of his throne. To me this is one of the most beautiful Oudhs I have come across. It's Tigerwood 95 with a lot of added medicinal notes which are found in the Tigerwood 95 topped with high grade Super Duper resonated beautiful top notch tigerwood/agarwood chips. A magnificent Oudh for every occassion!

Great choices you all! Bhanny Kinam, come on! LOL.
Well today is none other than the fabled Chugoku Senkoh. I already offered a short write up in a separate thread, but let me add that the Sinensis wood is very much apparent. It has that orange peel sour and bitter quality but it is not unbridled. It is incorporated in the overall scent so well and delicately. Just love it.

Now the only mistake I made with that oil is I didn't name it Kesiro Kinam!...

Though on second thought that can be a Ceylon Series launch...

Hey koolaid79,
no, no kynam burps. I guess that´s something you only get when you actually swallow a piece of kyara... I am only slightly chewing on it, and then rest it aggain onmy tongue - and it´s a tiny sliver only.
But my tongue gets pretty numb ;-)
Meant to comment on that Mission Cambodi Kinam. It is exquisite!
